Under the guidance of CEO Donald Conover Sr., a master perfumer with over 5 decades of experience, Belle Aire’s Creative Center is home to 6 senior perfumers. Through sheer talent and a passion for fragrance development, Belle Aire’s perfumers have laid the groundwork for Belle Aire’s 35 years of success and continued growth. Our perfumers hold the highest code of ethics upheld by the American Society of Perfumers as well as working within the organization to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, and safety standards. The creativity and imagination of Belle Aire’s perfumers truly comes to life as their creations make their way into the very products that we all use, everyday!!
From creating cocktails while bartending in college to honing precision laboratory techniques in the Army’s medical lab school, Linda’s life as a perfumer has been well directed. Now with more than 28 years at Belle Aire Creations her passion for perfumery has anything but diminished and she is still thrilled when a new fragrance profile arrives. Among her many contributions is in the development of Belle Aire’s OMC technology.
